Information for First Year B Tech and MBA Students of BIET Jhansi
and First Year B Tech of Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar Engineering College of Information Technology, Banda
Session 2013-14
Date of Registration is August 12th, 2013 and Commencement of classes is scheduled from August 13th, 2013.
First year B Tech (BIET Jhansi) male students will be allotted Vrindavan Bhawan, second year lateral entry student will be allotted Saket Hostel and all First Year B Tech girls will be allotted Yashodhara Bhawan as their Hostel Accommodation.
First year B Tech (Dr BRAECIT Banda) will be allotted dormitory accommodation in student activity centre (SAC).
First Year MBA students will not be allotted any Hostel Accommodation at the time of registration however they may be allotted accommodation later on subject to availability .
Hostels will be open from evening of August 12th, 2013. Students and Parents / Guardians may reach their hostels directly. But Parents / Guardians will be not be allowed to over night stay in Hostels.
Institute Fee
Student admitted to BIET Jhansi should bring institute fee as a demand draft in favour of "Director, BIET, Jhansi" payable at Jhansi as per following detail. Detail fee structure is can be downloaded from quick download section of this website.
Student admitted to Dr BRAECIT Banda should bring institute fee as a demand draft in favour of "Director, Dr BRAECIT Banda " payable at Jhansi as per following detail

Mess advance
Mess advance of Rs. 9500/- is to be submitted by Bank Draft in Favour of their respective hostel payable at Jhansi (if you need hostel accommodation). For example boys of first year BIET Jhansi student should bring this draft in favour of "Vrindavan Bhawan" and boys of first year Dr BRAECIT Banda should bring demand draft in favour of "Student Activity Centre".
For Registration
Please bring following documents
- Ten passport size photographs
- All original allotment letter (s) and receipts of UPSEE2013 with two sets of photocopies.
- All original documents as per UPSEE admission requirement with two sets of attested photocopies
- Original migration certificate / transfer certificate with one photo copies.
Registration will start from 9:30 AM onwards on August 12th, 2013 at Student Activity Center (SAC).
Collect Bank Challan and deposit institute fee and hostel mess advance at designated Bank Counters.
Fill online anti ragging affidavit on http://www.amanmovement.org or https://www.antiragging.in/ and bring signed (both by student and parent) copy of affidavit during registration.

Obtain following form and fill and submit along with registration card and photocopies of certificate.
